this is a very healthy dish for health and eat any tym It is very easy to make ,And it is also very tasty salli per eeda .A delicious breakfast dish.Sali Par Eedu is a quintessential traditional breakfast recipe made with eggs on fried potato straws that belongs to Cuisine. This Sali Par Eedu Recipe for breakfast is served with pav and tea.
- 1 – cup salli + for garnishing
- 4 eggs
- 1 – tbsp oil
- 1-2 – green chillies finely chopped
- 1- inch ginger , finely chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 1/4 tsp – turmeric powder
- 1 red chilli powder
- 1/2 — tsp – cumin powder
- 1 – tsp – coriander powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp- chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnishing
How to Make Salli Per Eeda
heat oil in a pan . add green chillies . add ginger and onion
and saute till onion turns light golden .
add tomato and mix . add turmeric powder
chilli powder ,cumin powder , coriander powder and salt , mix and
cook for 10-15 minutes or till tomato turn soft .
add 1/2 cup water , mix and cook for 1-2 minutes , add salli , mix and cook for 1 minutes
add- coriander leaves , eggs and sprinkle some salt , cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or till eggs are done
serve hot garnished with some salli and coriander leaves .
- mander grill for 3 minutes.
