Pizza Recipe Only veg and |dominos style

 start to  pizza recipe i hava simply process of making pizza  dough and pizza sauce .

ingrediants

  • 150- gm – maida
  • 1 – tsp – dry yeast
  • 1- tsp – sugar
  • 2- pinch of salt
  • 4 – tbsp – pizza sauce
  • 1 – bowl – 3 colour long cut capsicum
  • 2 – tbsp – long cut onion
  • 1 – cup- mozzarella cheese
  • 8 -9 paneer cube
  • 2 – tsp – sweet corn
  • 1 -tsp – pizza seasoning
  • 1 – tsp – chilli flakes

ingrediant for pizza sauce

  • 4 – tomatos
  • 1 – tsp – oil
  • 1- chopped onion
  • 1- tsp – chopped garlic
  • 1/2 – tsp – red chilli powder
  • 1/2 – tsp – oregano
  • some pizza seasoning
  • 1/2 – tsp – sugar
  • 2 – tsp – butter
  • 2 – tsp- tomato sauce
  • 1 – pinch salt

now make dough first for pizza base

  • in a bowl add dry yeast
  • we will take a some warm water in a bowl
  • add – sugar in a bowl
  • add – 2 pinch salt and mix well

now rest for 10 minutes that yeast could activate

now add -maida in a yeast bowl

add – some bit pizza seasoning

add – 1 tsp oil and mix it

we will add required water to dough

dough should neither be too tight or loose

our dough is ready

Now we will some oil and tuck the dough well and cover it let rest 2 houres

then now prepare pizza sauce

we will put tomatoes in the boiling water

to loose peel and peel all tomatoes

now make a smooth paste by adding the tomatoes in a mixer

now take a pan and

  • add – oil in a pan
  • add – chopped onion
  • add – chopped garlic
  • and fry
  • and add – tomato pury
  • add – red chilli and salt
  • add – some oregano
  • add -some pizza seasoning
  • and mix or fry well
  • now add -tomato sauce
  • add – sugar and add butter
  • and mix well or cover for 3-4 minutes and cook

ready pizza sauce

now make to pizza

Now we will roll the pizza dough in the round shape

now spread the pizza sauce put it well and insert it

now some pizza seasoning

now put mozzarella cheese over the pizza

now put vegatables over pizza

now put sweet corn

now some more pizza seasoning

now some bit chilli flakes

now put paneer cubes

our pizza ready for baking

and oven is pre heated for 10 minutes

now put the pizza in the oven

bake it for 20 minutes/ 200 /degree

we will bake the pizza at both side

15 minutes at top and for 5 minutes at bottom that base could

also has a little crunch 20 minutes are done

take out the pizza
