 make paneer bhurji 

first – heat a pan 

add- oil – 2 – tbsp

add-  zeera  – 1/2 tsp

add- hing  –1-pinch

add-  1-onion chopped

add– 1-tsp- garlic -ginger paste

and cook  till brown 

4 minute after 

add -capsicum chopped –  2 -tbsp

and cook 

add  – tomato  chopped – 2

add  green chilli chopped  – 2

and cook

add salt

add  – turmeric powder  –1/4 tsp

add  – red chilli powder  – 1 – tsp

add  – garam masala powder  – 1/2 tsp

add  — coriander  powder  –1 – tsp

and fry 1 minutes 

add  – cottege paneer  – 150 -gm

add  – coriander leaves

and cook 2 minutes 

paneer bhurji is reddy
