ingredients

1- big bowl toordal

1 – medium sized chopped potato

1 – chopped drum stick

100-gm – chopped pumkin

1 – bowl chopped green beans

100-gm chopped bpttel gourd ( lauki)

2 –  chopped carrots

1- chopped tomato

1 –  chopped onion

1/2  tsp –  termeric powder

1 – tsp – mustard seeds

1 – tsp -red chilli powder

3 – tbsp – sambar masala

some curry leaves

4-5 – red  chilli

1 – ginger paste

3/4 cup tamarind water

4 – tbsp – oil

salt to taste

heat a presser cooker

add – toordal in pressure cooker

add – 1/2 – termeric powder

add – salt 1/2 tsp 

add -1 -tsp oil 

add – 2 – big bowl water

and cover pressure cooker for 2 whistle

open pressure cooker after 30 minutes

add  all  vegetable  one by one to dal 

 toordal with veg image for samber

add – medium sized chopped  potato

add- chopped durm stick

add -chopped pumkin

add – chopped green beans

add – chopped  carrots

add -chopped bottel gourd ( lauki)

and mix well & cover cook  2 whistle

make sambar

heat a pan  

add –  3 – tbsp- oil

add – mustard seeds

add – some curry leavs

add  -chopped onion

add – red chilli

add – ginger paste

add – chopped tomato

and fry till soft

add – salt to taste

and cover or cook for 2-3 minutes

add – red chili powder

add – 3 – tbsp – sambar masala

and mix well

add cooked dal with vegetable for sambar

boil dal with vegetable for sambar

add – some water / if required &    mix

add – 3/4 cup tamarind water

and mix well /  & cover  or cooked  for  6-8 minutes

aftet flame off

sambar is reddy
